Cardio Saturday!!!

Vinyasa Yoga in the am x 30 mins; felt tight and needed to loosen and lengthen the muscles.

  • Tough 1 hour workout. Felt the burn in the calves. Did over 1/2 of the push-ups without knees. Gonna try next saturday to get all of them without kneeling. 
18 days until Vegas and getting ready for the homestretch. Insanity workout 3 tomorrow.
