CROSS-FIT WORKOUT 39

3 Rounds for time:
  1. Rt leg lunge jump - drop squat - left leg lunge jump x 12
  2. Leg extension straight leg hold (Burnout)
1-leg squat x 20
1-leg low back raise burnout

2 rounds for time:
  1. Spinning 1:00 sprint
  2. Drop reverse ham lifts burnout
