  1. squat cable o/h press x 20
  2. bent arm plank (burnout)
  3. drop squats (burnout)
3 rounds:
  1. squat cable bicep curl x 20
  2. plyo ball oblique twist (burnout)
  3. tricep dips on bar (burnout)
