CROSS-FIT WORKOUT 44

4 rounds:
  1. Bench press [12 (140 lbs.), 8 (185 lbs.), 2 (225 lbs.), 6 (185 lbs.)]
  2. Shoulder shrugs x 15 (90 lbs. DB)
Incline press Drop and hold for 2 seconds x 8 (140 lbs) - 3 sets

Bench negative only x 3 (225 lbs.) - 3 sets
