CROSS-FIT WORKOUT 37

3 rounds:
  1. 90 second cycling sprints
  2. 10 variation jump squats
  3. 26 backward lunges
  4. 100 calf raises

3 rounds:

  1. ball plank to knee curl w/ pushup x 10
  2. v hold for burnout.
