Insanity Workout Plyo Cardio Circuit (Day 6 of 60)

Morning Workout with Chris:

Skipped one of the 2nd set of intervals. Need to save energy for CamRam workout at 3pm. I feel like I'm getting better at these. Still hard though.

Note: Missed recovery and cardio Insanity because scheduled Crossfit for Thursday and Friday.
