Skipped one of the 2nd set of intervals. Need to save energy for CamRam workout at 3pm. I feel like I'm getting better at these. Still hard though.
Note: Missed recovery and cardio Insanity because scheduled Crossfit for Thursday and Friday.
New goal is get fit for Vegas 2010. November 15, 2010. Goals: 3 inch reduction in waist, 10 pullups, compete.
