Insanity Workout Cardio Power and Resistance (Day 3 of 60)

Finished strong. Did the 8 squat jump/8 pushup combos. (First time to finish)

This workout was very tough and had to take e few breathers in the middle. Definite calorie burn. Recovery tomorrow morning and Camram at 6:30pm.
