Insanity Workout Plyo Cardio Circuit (Day 2 of 60)

I am restarting the insanity workout this week. Going to do it everyday until Vegas. Today was tough and still can't make it through the Level 1's and the ski-plank's. (Killer core workout)

I am teetering around 221-219 right now and need to be at 215 by next sunday. Looks like I will be doing 2-a-days and running a lot the next 7 days. Time to lean out.
