Insanity Workout Cardio Power and Resistance (Day 3 of 60)

Great workout. This track contains a lot of jumps and lateral jumps with pushups mixed in. Workout gets really tough in the third round when moving pushups and globe jumps are mixed in. Then.... at the very end when you are exhausted he adds in 4 rounds of 8 squat jumps and 8 pushups. Great burn in the quads, core, and chest.
