Insanity Workout Cardio Power and Resistance (Day 3 of 60)

Finished this workout after a long day. Struggled when the moving pushups came about. I felt very spent at the end of this workout but my core was very solid throughout. The triceps looked really easy but got tough fast.

Tomorrow: Insanity recovery, Cross-fit, and I will throw in some cardio.
