CROSS-FIT WORKOUT 43

4 rounds:
  1. Cable front squats (200 lbs.) x 12
  2. Toe touch box jump (burnout)
2 rounds:
  1. Cable front lunge with bicep curl (90 lbs.) x 12 each leg
  2. 1-leg bench step-ups x 30 each leg
8 rounds without stopping:
  1. 20 sec bridge pulses
  2. 10 sec bridge hold
