- Toe touch box jump (burnout)

- Cable front lunge with bicep curl (90 lbs.) x 12 each leg
- 1-leg bench step-ups x 30 each leg
8 rounds without stopping:
- 20 sec bridge pulses
- 10 sec bridge hold
New goal is get fit for Vegas 2010. November 15, 2010. Goals: 3 inch reduction in waist, 10 pullups, compete.
