3 rounds:
  1. Hold (5 sec) pushups x 12
  2. Hold pec flys (5 sec) x 12
3 rounds:
  1. Pull-up holds (12 secs)
  2. Machine rows x 12 (100 lbs)
3 rounds:
  1. x-cable squats (50lbs.) x 15; side x-cable raises x 5
  2. Machine bicep curls (60 lbs.) x 15
