CROSS-FIT WORKOUT 35

Power clean: 4 sets of 10 reps (125 lbs.)

4 rounds:
  1. DB upright rows x 10 (40 lbs)
  2. DB side raises x 10 (20 lbs)
4 rounds:
  1. Military press x 10 (90 lbs.)
  2. Reverse Delt flys x 10 (100 lbs.)
Front Raises w/ band: 3 sets of 30 sec burnout

Cross-body cable shoulder shrugs: 3 x 20 (50 lbs.)
