REST DAY - Power Smoothie Recipe

No workout. Ate clean foods. No cheating on an off day. 

Breakfast: Protein drink (Lean 1, Udo Oil, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 2000 mg Vitamin C powder, 1 cup water)
Snack: 9 cashews
Lunch: Romaine with chicken and steak; salsa for dressing
Dinner: turkey burger w/ pepper jack, romaine salad with egg, colby jack, onions, and organic ranch. (Glass of wine) 

Hitting it hard tomorrow morning. Should be a killer!
