CROSS-FIT WORKOUT 30

5 rounds:
  1. Jump sumo squat x 20 (45 lb DB)
  2. 40 yd sprint
3 rounds:
  1. Hold squat x 25 (25 lb DB)
  2. 1-arm snatches x 15 (25 lb DB)
  3. Guerillas x 15 (Team push)
A/C was broke at the gym and rained on us outside during sprints. Very hot; got really tired. Missed my snacks and felt it.

Spotted a tornado on the way home. Weird day!!!
