Insanity Workout Plyo Cardio Circuit (Day 2 of 60)

Awesome workout!!! The warmup phase was one heck of a workout in itself. I kept pace most of the way until we got to the Phase I workout which was up-downs with 4 push-ups and 8 mountain climbers in the middle. Everything is structured by 3 rounds of 4-5 workouts. You get a 30 sec rest in between rounds. Things got really tough after that. I was sweating profusely 20 minutes in. 

Almost as hard as CRAM's workouts, but not quite....

Looking forward to workout number 3: Cardio Power & Resistance
