INSANITY FIT TEST

I am incorporating INSANITY by Shaun T into my workout program. Today I did the Fit Test. The workout requires you do the fit test every two weeks for the 60 days of the program to measure your fitness level. The fit test is a killer 25 minute workout in itself. I hate to see how hard the remaining workouts are. 

Each workout measures how many reps you can perform in a period of 60 secs. Below are my results:
  1. SWITCH KICKS: 82
  2. POWER JACKS: 43
  3. POWER KNEEES: 61
  4. POWER JUMPS: 21
  5. GLOBE JUMPS: 9
  6. SUICIDE JUMPS: 15
  7. PUSH-UP JACKS: 24
  8. LOW PLANK OBL: 55 (had my butt a little too high in the air)
