  1. Weighted cable high box step-ups x 8 (150 lbs)
  2. 1-leg squat hops x 15 each leg
5 rounds:
  1. Leg extensions x 10 (220 lbs)
  2. Box jumps x 10
Spinning:
  1. 3 x 45 sec sprints
Abs:
  1. Scissor abs x 25
  2. Diamond leg raises x 25
  3. 1-leg bridge x 25 each leg
  4. Scissor abs x 25
