CROSS-FIT WORKOUT 48

3 rounds:

  1. Wheel-barrow plyo pushups x 15
  2. Bench cable cross-overs (50 lbs) x 10
  3. Cable Bench sit-ups w/ o/h press (20 lbs) x 12
3 rounds:
  1. Cable shrugs (200 lbs.) x 20
  2. Straight arm reverse cable flys (30 lbs) x 12
2 rounds:
  1. Fit ball in and out/push-up combos x 20
  2. V fit ball oblique twists x 20  (each side)
