Tricep Bench Press :

  1. 135 lbs x 15
  2. 135 lbs x 12
  3. 185 lbs x 6
  4. 185 lbs x 6
  5. 185 lbs x 4/135 x 4
3 rounds:
  1. Hammer curls: 35 lbs x 12
  2. Tricep press downs: 85 x 10
3 rounds:
  1. O/H DB tricep press: 70 lbs x 10
  2. Barbell curl: 90 lbs x 12
3 rounds:
  1. One arm DB concentration curls: 22.5 lbs x 12
  2. Dips x 7
