  1. Cable shoulder x 12
  2. 20 v-shoulder pushups
4 rounds:
  1. Cable curls drop sets: 10 x 4
  2. Reverse flys drop sets: 10 x 4
2 rounds:
  1. Tri press downs drop sets: 10 x 4
  2. V ab hold/plank/v-up crunch
