CROSS-FIT WORKOUT 46

Squats: 4 x 8 @ 225 lbs.

Leg Press:
  1. 20 reps @ 500 lbs
  2. 12 reps @ 700 lbs
  3. 6/6/6 @ 700/500/300
Good Mornings:
  1. 12 reps @ 90 lbs
  2. 8 reps @ 140 lbs
  3. 8 reps @ 140 lbs
  4. 7 reps @ 160 lbs
Machine circuit, 2 rounds:
  1. Leg extension x 20 @160 lbs.
  2. Ham curls x 20 @ 90 lbs.
  3. Calf raise burnout
