Cross-Fit WORKOUT 1


Tabata push-ups
  • Couldn't do 1 on the last 20 seconds; Did 18 on first 20. Need to pace myself.

2 rounds for time:
400m run
50 squats
400m run
50 lunges
  • 16:21

Tabata Knee-ups
  • 5
Starting Weight = 232 lbs.
